Understand the recurring water problem

Drainage correction focuses on a problem that already exists: water collecting in an unwanted area, runoff following an unhelpful route or a drainage feature that is not serving the property as intended. Redline begins the discussion with what you observe and how the problem relates to the surrounding site.

Useful observations to bring

Tell us when the issue occurs, how long it lasts and where water appears to come from and go. Photos during or after rain can help explain what is difficult to see on a dry day. Include nearby grades, existing ditches, crossings and inlets rather than photographing only the wet spot.

Define the correction around the site

Property use, access, existing surfaces and the relationship to neighboring areas all matter to planning. The relevant work may connect to grading, collection or conveyance, but the project should be scoped from actual conditions rather than a one-size-fits-all fix. The estimate should identify the work and its limits.

Experience, communication and a clear scope

Redline Siteworks is built on 12 years of experience in excavation, site development and civil construction. Our owner is OSHA Certified and Project Management Certified. We plan each job around the actual site and communicate the proposed work in clear terms.

Warranty coverage is job-specific. Warrantied and non-warrantied scopes are identified in the written estimate/invoice documentation before work begins.
